We were asked to brighten up and personalise the exterior of a resourced provision unit attached to a primary school. The school contributed plenty of ideas, and the most rewarding part of this project was how involved the children became. They spoke with Ricky, the artist, and enthusiastically shared the things they wanted included in the final design. A genuine sense of the local area and the school’s surroundings is captured throughout the mural, and the nature elements and playful details in the artwork bring real joy to everyone who sees it.
